Media Centre Weather plug-in

Found it! The weather plug-in I mentioned in my last post can be found here:
http://www.scendix.com/mceweather/
It does do an annoying ad as you exit the plugin but it is still worth having as it pulls the data from The Weather Channel and that tends to be pretty accurate
